So I haven’t been doing much blog-related stuff lately, so I haven’t had much to post about. We’re still getting over sicknesses over here, so it’s been hard to keep up. Anyway, you don’t want to hear my excuses. You’re here for some deliciousness or craft ideas.
Well, today’s post is all about deliciousness.
In case you’ve been living under a rock and don’t know who Bakerella is, you should check out her site. She’s amazing. She invented Cake Pops, which are all the rage these days. And she recently became a contributing editor at Woman’s Day magazine.
All of which is to say, you should try this pie.
It’s totally worth the calories.
Note: the recipe calls for a deep dish pie crust. I just used a refrigerated crust in a regular 9-inch pan and it worked fine for me.
